How does being in an ESOP impact your day-to-day perspective / tasks?

This is truly a team effort perspective. My efforts & abilities affect all other ESOP participants, so I have to put forth my best collaborative effort every day in order to achieve the best possible outcome for all.

How do you think being in an ESOP can affect work culture?

I think the ESOP brings us together with a single common goal. Comparing the ESOP culture with traditional experiences with previous employers, the ESOP culture brings a different and more cohesive environment. With previous employers, it was commonplace to hear employees declaring “that’s not my job” when faced with challenges; I don’t hear that phrase here because it’s our job as a team to move challenges forward.

What can you do to positively affect the ESOP and work culture?

Embrace challenges with a team approach and “can-do” attitude. It’s my job to be the best teammate I can be.
