1. How do you think being part of an ESOP can affect work culture?

I feel the ESOP provides a positive impact on work culture because each one of us have a stake in the overall performance of the organization. We are not simply working for “the man,” we are working for one another, regardless of your position within the organization. I also believe the ESOP encourages longevity and gives you a voice as well as accountability along the way.

2. How does being in an ESOP affect your personal work attitude?

I see the ESOP as another way to be rewarded for working hard and being devoted to delivering a great client (external and internal) experience. Being part of the ESOP provides additional motivation to become better, not better than anyone else, but better than I was yesterday.

3. What would you tell a friend about the ESOP?

The ESOP program is a portion of our overall benefits package the allows me the opportunity to own part of the company I work for. An ESOP is not for everyone or every organization, but if you are a great cultural fit, willing to put in the work, and have solid management, it is a special opportunity.
