1. What do you like most about being in an ESOP?
The all for one and one for all mentality it evokes. We as a collective team are in charge of our own destiny, and our team is performing well.
2. When did you start to feel the impact of being an employee-owner?
I had the good fortune to be an agency principal prior to joining in with the ESOP, so I’ve felt it for a long time. The feeling is elevated significantly, however, when no matter who I work with in the agency, they’re an owner, too.
3. How do you think being in an ESOP affects work culture?
Work Culture is very positively affected. Everyone has a stake in our mission of obtaining and retaining quality client relationships, and it shows. Our clients rave about our team because they know we care which, unfortunately, isn’t a given in today’s work environment.
