1. What do you like most about your role?
I enjoy the opportunity to partner with my colleagues and clients to create solutions to issues that they may be facing. Working collaboratively to understand their goals and piecing together a plan to allow them to reach their goals is meaningful.
2. How do you think being in an ESOP affects work culture?
The ESOP is the driving force of our culture. Although there are many facets that effect culture the ESOP is the constant that holds us all accountable and the reward we get for delivering great results.
3. What would you tell a friend about what it is like to work in an ESOP?
If you like free money that will help you retire well the ESOP is the way to go. Where else can you turn up, work hard and be rewarded twice?
4. What is your favorite thing about spring / favorite spring activity?
My favorite thing about Spring is knowing that the weather is improving and the business end of the soccer season is upon us. Watching my kids compete is what I love!
