With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, she has made significant contributions to designing and implementing customized insurance solutions that attract and retain quality talent for small and large businesses.
Erica has received multiple awards and recognition for her service and impact to her community and the insurance industry. She was selected as a Trusted Adviser in 2017 and an Honoree for 40 Under 40 in 2020 by the Springfield Business Journal. She was also recognized at a national level as one of twenty women selected as the Top Women in Benefits Advising in 2020.
