Many leaders are not aware of their responsibilities as an agent of the organization. Their actions may mitigate risk to the business, or be a hazard if issues are not handled properly. This course is designed to enhance the knowledge of managers in basic HR regulations and best practices. It will also develop skills related to preventing sexual harassment, coaching and counseling, progressive disciplinary action, performance management, and involuntary terminations.
