1. What do you like most about your role?  

I like to hear that I’m helping my clients sleep better at night. Who doesn’t love finding the perfect coverage puzzle piece?

2. How do you think being in an ESOP affects work culture?

Being in an ESOP makes everyone care a bit more – after all, we’re all shareholders. It’s like we’re all in the same boat, rowing towards success instead of just trying not to fall overboard.

3. What is something new you learned this year about the ESOP?

I learned our ESOP is like a retirement superhero. Building up our financial future while we work is like the gift that keeps on giving.

4. How do you celebrate the 4th of July?

I celebrate the 4^th with family – BBQ, fireworks, and trying not to burn anything down! This year we attended SBU and Silo Ridge’s community 4^th events.
