1. What do you like most about your role?
I enjoy working with clients on HR strategies to help them solve problems and reduce risks while creating a positive work environment for their team.
2. How do you think being in an ESOP affects work culture?
We are all in this together and working as one team. We are all each other’s biggest cheerleader.
3. What is something new you have learned about the ESOP since joining OAA?
The significant contribution it can have toward your retirement savings.

Fall because it is Football Season! MIZ! And the Chiefs 😊
