1. What do you like most about your role?
I love problem-solving and being able to help our clients improve upon their current program and experience.
2. How do you think being in an ESOP affects work culture?
In my time here, it’s been easy to see that the ESOP has a very positive impact on the culture here. Every role has an impact on our success and our team takes great pride in what they do. I have never worked with a more collaborative and supportive team.
3. What is something new you have learned about the ESOP recently?
My understanding of an ESOP was limited before joining OAA so basically everything I have learned is new! I am looking forward to receiving my first statement so I can visually see the impact we all make.
