1. What do you like most about your role?
I love feeling like I can help our clients fix problems and/or better prepare for the future. We are so fortunate to work with quality people. It is a privilege to be a part of their trusted team.
2. How do you think being in an ESOP affects work culture?
It’s easy to think of an ESOP as a financial plan, but really the money is just a biproduct of how effectively I help other people. It is hard to remember that sometimes, especially when I’m really busy, but we are all in this together and part of my job is helping our other team members. The more successful we are, the more opportunities we get to help our clients, and ultimately impact our future.
3. What do you tell others (such as clients, friends, etc) about being in an ESOP and what it means?
If you get power and energy from helping other people, you should be in an ESOP. The better I am at helping our clients, the better our company performs and the bigger our ESOP gets. Everything I do matters!
4. What is your favorite thing to do in the winter?
Get away from this ridiculous weather and find some sun!
