Rachel started in the company as the receptionist. She then moved to the role of personal lines account manager and is now the claims and marketing coordinator. She has eight years of experience in the insurance field and has her AIC designation. She graduated from Southwest Baptist University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology and earned her property, casualty, life, and health insurance licenses in 2017.
Rachel has a twin sister and an older brother and is very family-oriented. She loves traveling, playing racquetball, and doing creative things such as painting, singing, and painting. She also loves animals and can be found hiking with her dog on the weekends.
