Rachel began her career with the company as a receptionist and has since advanced through multiple roles, including Personal Lines Account Manager, to her current position as Claims Manager. With over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, she brings a strong understanding of client service and claims handling.
Rachel earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Southwest Baptist University in 2012. She obtained her Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses in 2017 and later earned her Associate in Claims–Management (AIC-M) designation during her time in claims, further strengthening her expertise and commitment to serving clients with professionalism and care.
