Najem received his education degree from Missouri State University and his MBA from Drury University. He is the vice president of membership for the Breech Advisory Board at Drury. He is a past member of the Downtown Springfield Association (DSA), Downtown Springfield Community Improvement District (CID), and the Springfield Chamber of Commerce.
While new to risk management, Najem has served in leadership roles within the hospitality and service industry and is well-acquainted with what it’s like to be a business leader dealing with all of the areas that he will now be consulting in.
Najem’s wife is a leader in Springfield Public Schools, and they enjoy meal prepping and weight training. Together they have three little boys who attend Ozark North Elementary, and they are both active in coaching and supporting them in several youth activities.
