Melissa “Missy” Wallace joined Ollis/Akers/Arney in 2023 as an experienced Commercial Risk Account Manager, bringing a strong commitment to client service, relationship building, and thoughtful account management.
Since joining the agency, Missy has earned her Professional Commercial Insurance Advisor (PCIA) designation as well as her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation, further strengthening her technical knowledge and dedication to providing exceptional service to commercial clients. Most recently, she was named the 2026 Missouri Outstanding CSR of the Year, an honor that reflects her professionalism, dependability, attention to detail, and passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of insurance.
Missy takes pride in building trusted relationships with clients and serving as a reliable resource throughout the insurance process. She values clear communication, continuous learning, and finding practical solutions that help clients feel informed, supported, and confident in their coverage.
Outside of the office, Missy enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her family, especially cheering on her grandchildren at their sporting events.
