Lucretia joins the Ollis team with over 37 years of experience in the insurance industry. Her background spans several aspects of insurance including claims, training, auditing and project management. She uses her expertise in reviewing insurance contracts to determine coverage and benefits in her role as an associate account manager. She holds two American Educational Institute designations, Legal Principles Claims Specialist (LPCS) and Casualty Claims Law Associate (CCLA). She is working towards, and hopes to complete, her Senior Claim Law Associate (SCLA) designation.
Lucretia enjoys spending time with her family including her husband, two children. three grandsons and two dogs. She loves searching for seashells along the Florida beaches. She also likes furniture refinishing, crocheting, quilting, home improvement and spending time in the yard.
