As a graduate of Ozark High School, Kelly continued her education at College of the Ozarks and Missouri State University, building a strong foundation in communication, service, and leadership.
With over 10 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry, she has dedicated her career to creating exceptional guest experiences. From 2012 to 2018, she held multiple roles with Bass Pro Shops and the Dogwood Canyon Foundation, gaining valuable experience in customer service, operations, and guest engagement.
From 2018 to 2020, she expanded her hospitality career with Norwegian Cruise Line, serving in Guest Services and Restaurant operations. This opportunity allowed her to travel the world while refining her expertise in service excellence, problem-solving, and delivering memorable experiences to guests from diverse backgrounds.
