Joe joined Ollis/Akers/Arney in 2017 and serves as the Director of Operations. He graduated from Missouri State University with a bachelor’s degree in administrative management and has over fifteen years of industry experience. Joe is a graduate of Leadership Springfield Class #37.
In Joe’s current role, he improves the client experience by optimizing internal software, ensuring high-quality client service across all departments, and provides leadership to commercial and employee benefits support teams.
Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids. When not at work, he can be found at church, where he serves as an elder, or out in the woods hunting.
