Derik joined Ollis/Akers/Arney in 2023 as an Advisor and has seven years of experience as a Senior Risk Advisor for a captive agency in Branson. Originally from St. Petersburg, Florida, Derik moved to the Ozarks in 2013 and serves on the board for Taney County Partnership as well as being involved with the Branson Lakes Area Chamber and the Hollister Chamber. Serving the community by helping businesses manage their everyday risk and recover from the unexpected is what drives Derik.
Derik fell in love with the lakes and mountains here, but most importantly, the people. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife, Lauren, and their two boys Hudson and Beckham.
