Baden joined Ollis/Akers/Arney in 2021 as an Intern in the Commercial Risk department and is now assisting clients as a Commercial Account Manager. He received his Bachelor’s in Risk Management and Insurance from Missouri State University and is now pursuing his Master’s of Divinity in Preaching and Pastoral Ministry from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Outside of work, Baden enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, friends, and family. He and his wife enjoy giving back to the community, especially with the Boys and Girls Club of Springfield, where she works, and he volunteers. Baden enjoys playing board games and disc golfing in his free time and is an avid Missouri State Bears basketball and Baltimore Ravens fan.
