Ashlae is a 14 year veteran of the insurance industry, having joined the agency now known as Ollis/Akers/Arney Insurance & Business Advisors in 2007. She is licensed in property and casualty and achieved her CISR designation in 2010 and her CISR Elite designation in 2019.
Ashlae’s tenure with the agency has allowed her to build close relationships with the clients she serves, which has contributed greatly to an exceptional client retention rate of 94% and earned her the state of Missouri’s highest honor, Outstanding CSR of the Year in 2020.
Ashlae is married to her high school sweetheart, and they have three amazing and very active daughters. Ashlae is an outdoor enthusiast and absolutely loves to build things!
