Shynia joined Ollis/Akers/Arney Human Resources Consulting in 2023 as a Human Resources Generalist. Shynia has more than five years of human resources experience including recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding employees in the financial services industry. She graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Criminology.
Shynia was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, and moved to Missouri in 2023. She and her husband enjoy bowling in leagues and tournaments, traveling, trying new places to eat and spending time with friends, family, and their two dogs—Stella and Jake.
