We currently have an opportunity for an Account Executive in our Commercial Risk department. The position will provide insurance and risk management solutions to clients and prospects to proactively meet and exceed client needs. This role involves sales through an established marketing process to maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects and carriers.
Additional duties of the Account Executive include serving as a goodwill ambassador in the community with current clients, identifying latest trends in the insurance marketplace best suited for the specific needs of the clients, and developing client and carrier relationships to provide best outcomes. The position will also coordinate a strategic sales and action plan, and implement Ollis Edge 360 business model with clear goals and objectives to increase retention and client satisfaction consistent with agency mission and vision.
The role will review and communicate renewal calculations and utilization, make policy placement decisions, provide detailed information for applications of coverage, attend meetings and seminars to maintain knowledge of industry, negotiate coverage levels and premiums to provide optimum coverage levels for clients, and communicate effectively and courteously to clients and vendors.
The Account Executive position requires a minimum of five (5) years of insurance industry experience in account management, consulting, and/or sales preferably working with large clients. A Missouri Producer Insurance License is required with industry specific certifications preferred. A valid driver’s license with a good driving record is also required.
