Pam joined Ollis/Akers/Arney team as a personal lines agent when she and her family moved to Branson in 1991. She graduated from William Jewell College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and sociology. She was the assistant director of admissions at Northwest Missouri State University in her hometown of Maryville before moving to Branson.

Pam attained her CISR designation in 1995 and her CISR Elite designation in 2016. She enjoys taking courses and reading to continually improve her ability to help her clients with their insurance needs and questions. She was named Outstanding Customer Service Representative of the Year in 2009 by the Missouri Association of Insurance Agents (MAIA).

Outside the office, Pam enjoys reading and is active in her church and the Auxiliary of The Gideons International. She and her husband Bill owned and operated a lakeside resort for many years and now have a garage door business. They have three sons and eight grandchildren.
