Caleb joined the Ollis/Akers/Arney team in April 2017 as a commercial advisor. His previous roles were as a P&C broker for Baron Financial Group and a banking and finance recruiter for The Confero Group. During his time with The Confero Group, Caleb was one of the top sought-after bank recruiters in Southwest Missouri. He is excellent in his ability to connect and communicate with anyone and everyone.

Caleb is married to his wife Lindsay, and together they have two kids. Caleb spends most of his time outside of work with family and friends, working on various musical projects, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, St. Louis Cardinals, and Oklahoma City Thunder.
